AudioThing has announced an update to its modular multi-effect plugin featuring 6 modules: Distortion, compressor, bit Crusher, tilt EQ, vintage reverb, and vinylizer.
With the update, Vinyl Strip is now available on iPhone and iPad. Version 1.6.2 also adds graphics controls (Brightness and Contrast), and support for macOS 15 Sequoia.
The modules can be arranged in any combination by simple drag-n-drop. Vinyl Strip will add life and an old school touch to your samples and tracks, and achieve that classic vinyl record sound in your digital environment. The plugin is optimised to be lightweight on the CPU.
Vinyl Strip for Windows, Mac and Linux (VST/VST3, AU, AAX and CLAP) is now available at the AudioThing store and from Plugin Boutique at a 50% discount, priced $29 USD / 29 EUR until March 31st, 2025. The iOS/AUv3 version is $9.99 USD at the App Store.
