Bitwig Studio and Splice have entered a partnership that brings Bitwig Studio to Splice’s Rent-to-Own marketplace.
Splice’s Rent-to-Own model makes software more affordable with monthly payment plans. Creators can now purchase Bitwig Studio software from Splice in installments of $15.99 USD/month.
“We’re excited to introduce Bitwig Studio to Splice’s community. It enables a new way to own our DAW,” said Bitwig CEO Placidus Schelbert. “Splice accomplished something fantastic: they created a massive, active community of musicians based around access to sounds and tools.”

The partnership also extends an offer to Bitwig Studio users with active Upgrade Plans. Members of Bitwig Circle can now claim two months of Splice’s Creator Plan for free.
The Creator subscription includes 200 credits per month to download any content you want from the millions of samples, presets, and MIDI loops in Splice’s massive library of high-quality sound content. You’ll also gain access to premium music production tutorials and video lessons by experts like Bitwig Certified Trainer Thavius Beck, plus Splice’s in-house beat-making and synthesizer plugins.
