Boz Digital Labs has announced the release of an update to its David Bendeth signature plugins.

Version 2 of The Hoser and The Hoser XT adds native Apple Silicon compatibility to the channel EQ plugins modeled after a Ward-Beck Systems M462B hardware equalizer unit.

The Hoser 2 stays true to the analog sound, allowing you to add extreme amounts of gain without adding the harshness of digital EQ. It does all this while using small amounts of processing power, to preserve your CPU for other plugins. It’s really the best of both worlds.

The update also includes a resizable GUI and simplified design, high pass filter, and oversampling.

Available for Windows and Mac (VST/VST3, AU and AAX), The Hoser 2 is on sale for the intro price of $29 USD instead of $99 USD. The Hoser XT 2 comes separate Mid/Side and stereo control, as well as standard stereo/mono mode. It is on sale for $39 USD instead of $149 USD during the promotion.
