Cableguys has announced updates to its audio plugins, bringing improvements such as FLAC import, improved FXP save/load, better mouse handling for Logic Pro, and various fixes.
Changes in the update
- Improved: FLAC files can now be loaded as Snapback User samples, and as ShaperBox User Noise samples or Reverb IRs.
- Improved: Snapback now displays a “New latency, please restart playback” notification for DAWs that require a transport restart to correctly compensate latency changes.
- Improved: When saving/loading FXPs in Kickstart, HalfTime and FilterShaper XL, the last used folder is remembered, and the file name is pre-filled with the current preset name.
- Improved: FilterShaper XL’s oscilloscope now shows the output as well as the input.
- Fixed: Double-clicking FilterShaper XL’s ‘A’ icon for Auto Release would reset the Release slider to its default value.
- Fixed: FilterShaper XL’s modulation trace could appear slightly out of sync with the actual modulation.
- Fixed: For all plugins in Logic Pro, certain controls could “stick” while being dragged, with the mouse cursor momentarily unresponsive after dragging.
