Darkpalace Studio has announced the release of a new stereo mixing utility for Windows, Mac and Linux.
Designed for stereo manipulation, Butterfly offers full control over your mix with mid/side gain, two EQs, phase adjustments, delay effects, a smart spread EQ and compression, all housed in a modern UI.
Butterfly is an addition to the ever-growing plugin collection of Darkpalace Studio. Designed to assist in shaping your stereo-field, Butterfly also allows you to explore creative opportunities for filtering, compression and more.
Butterfly features
- Mid/Side Shaping: Control your mid or side channel with two EQs, an upwards compressor and a delay.
- SpreadEQ: An unique approach to adding width to any sound by utilizing bell-filters spread out over the left and right channels.
- Comprehensive processing options offer M/S or L/R processing, mix, full and per channel bypass as well as a delta option.
- Hardware accelerated: Just like the other plugins, everything is handled by the graphics-card, keeping more resources available for your processor to do the fancy audio stuff.
- Highly customizable: Settings and themes are easily managed and highly customizable, all done via JSON.
Available in VST3, AU, LV2 and CLAP plugin formats, Butterfly is priced €20 EUR.
