de la Mancha has released version 1.01 of slix, a randomising loop slicer, which switches between up to 4 loops and can shuffle, repeat, reverse and gate the slices of each loop according to user defined probability.
Changes in slix v1.01
- In some hosts (FL Studio & Ableton Live) the waveform display would go blank after rendering audio. The display now auto-refreshes 3 seconds after rendering.
- If a value of 0.5 or below was entered into the ‘repeats’ parameter, the host would crash. The minimum value is now 1, regardless of the number entered into the box.
Slix is available as a VST instrument plug-in for Windows PC for $39 USD. A demo version can be downloaded from the product page.
