Decent Samples has recently introduced a new Decent Sampler library featuring the warm analog sound of an electronic organ from the mid ’70s.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Milkboy the Studio in Philadelphia. Milkboy is a legendary studio that has recorded many hit records over the course of its 30-year history…but that’s not why I was there. I was there to sample an electric organ from the mid-1970s.
The instrument in question is a Baldwin Interlude Model 155, otherwise known as the “Fun Machine.” I’m not going to say much more than that for the time being, because I’m going to be releasing a video about the experience in a few days, but I will say that the instrument was cooler sounding than I expected.
The library is free to download at the Decent Samples store.
