Drumforge, of the award-winning Drumforge sample library, has announced the release of DF-Q, the first EQ plugin designed specifically for mixing drums.
Drumforge has taken some of the most popular and sought after drum eq techniques and combined them into one plugin, allowing you to get the eq results that you need without requiring you to own different types of equalizers.
DF-Q features selectable drum modes whose frequency controls are separated into punch, clarity, and attack knobs. Each frequency control consists of three different eq curve types with adjustable ranges based around eq techniques formed over years of audio production experience. Wide range filters and a “fully” parallel mix knob add additional tonal flexibility.
