Fazertone has announced an update to its drum generation plugin powered by artificial intelligence. Version 0.3 of the Neural Drumkit comes with various new features and improvements.

Have you also spent hours scrolling for the perfect drum sound in sample libraries, but still didn’t find quite what you were looking for? That’s why we created Neural Drumkit.

It’s an AI-powered plug-in that lets you generate a wide range of drum sounds, and adjust their characteristics just the way you like.

Changes in Neural Drumkit v0.3

  • UI scales from 75% to 200%, making it adaptable to different screen resolutions.
  • Choose the start and stop point of the sample, directly from the waveform preview.
  • Fade-in and fade-out is now controllable on the waveform preview.
  • Added hi-pass filter.
  • Adjust the filter width or Q factor for both the low-pass and hi-pass filters.
  • Mute and solo buttons on the pads, in addition to the play button added in a previous update.
  • Controllable seed feature for consistent sample reproduction (Pro version only).

An upcoming update will allow you to import samples directly from your drive.

Available in VST3 and AU plugin formats for Windows and Mac, the alpha version of Neural Drumkit is available to purchase for $49.99 USD (regular $129.99 USD). A free Lite edition is also available.
