Flintpope has launched a free instrument library featuring 24 sounds made with the Chromaphone synthesizer.

For those who seek originality in their musical palettes, Applied Acoustics Systems (AAS) offer the Chromaphone Percussion Synthesizer. This can create authentic tuned and unpitched percussion, strings and ethereal pads from scratch.

Flintpope bought one and wrote 24 new Chromaphone presets ranging from scratchy cellos to tunefully metallic bars. These sounds were then racked-up in Kontakt to create 24 new instruments utilising NI’s powerful and varied effects. Now you can do so too; all you need is the free Kontakt Player from Native Instruments at http://bit.ly/2brOw4h and your imagination.

File under Ambient.

Chroma for Kontakt is a free download.
