New Sonic Arts has released version 0.96 public beta 2 of its Freestyle VST Host for Windows and Mac, which includes a new Structure View.
In this initial implementation, modules can be dragged onto the structure background, or onto wires to make new connections between modules.
Future releases will allow more advanced routing options, including manual ‘wiring’ between modules.
Changes in Freestyle public beta 2
- New ‘Structure View’ for graphical visualization of signal flow and connections.
- New ‘Scope’ module, displays audio stream at any point in the structure.
- Many bug fixes and other minor enhancements.
Freestyle for Windows and Mac (VST/AU/Standalone) is available for purchase for 99 EUR during the public beta phase (regular 129 EUR).
