GForce Software has released an update to its virtual instrument modeled after the classic ARP Odyssey, the early ’70s duophonic analog synthesizer.
Version 1.1.0 of Oddity3 comes with a new 3D GUI, expanded search to patch author and notes, and an improved patch audition mode. The update also includes various bug fixes and other improvements.
Oddity3 takes the character and sound of Oddity and adds a wave of enhancements, bringing the spirit of the original to a new generation of music makers. With a powerful new Preset Browser and 1250+ presets including 250+ new ones, new Distortion and Reverb effects, a Vintage control for dialing in authentic imperfections, and four programmable Macros, plus new and improved performance controls, this classic desert island synth just got even better.
Oddity3 for Windows and Mac (VST/VST3, AU and AAX) is on sale for £49.99 GBP (ex. VAT) during a Halloween Sale at Plugin Boutique and from the GForce store until November 2nd, 2024 (regular £99.99 GBP).
