Arobas Music has announced the release of Guitar Pro 8, an update to the powerful score player software for Windows and Mac that is designed to help you learn how to play, improve your technique, reproduce your favorite songs or accompany yourself.
Guitar Pro includes various improvements to the interface and workflow, as well as new features such as the audio track, allowing you to add an audio track to your score.
You have now the possibility to add an audio track to a Guitar Pro file. This can be really helpful for a transcription work for example, or allow you to add a vocal track to your score, or even use it as a full playback to accompany yourself.
The audio track includes time stretching, tempo, tone and many other adjustments tools to allow you to perfectly synchronize your audio track to you score.
Version 8 of Guitar Pro also includes new features for score editing, such as nested tuplets, a new command palette, design mode improvement, new transpose tools, focus mode, and many other small feature improvements.
A new pedalboard lets you easily create your own effects chain and mastering, while the update also brings improved sound banks, new drum mix features, and much more.
Guitar Pro 8 is available from Arobas Music for 69.95 EUR, and Guitar Pro users can upgrade for 24.50 EUR until July 31st, 220 (regular 34.95 EUR).
