Renegade Audio has announced a new Launch Pad Series sample pack that takes inspiration from a classic musical moment in time, the 2-tone era of the late ’70s and early ’80s.
A collection of 53 loops, 70 one shots and 4 stems, Rude Boy introduces elements of those classic productions such as the choppy, dirty chromatic skanks, active syncopated rimshot grooves and drumming, a bouncing bassline, alongside haunting melodies, bubblin’ organ, prominent sax skanks and riffs, plus the percussive double guitar skanking and picking delights.
Each instrument loop has been mixed by hand using some of the top plugins available from UAD, FabFilter, and Waves – ready to drop into any project you have on the go.
The Launch Pad Series offers a starting point for your music creation, featuring drums, bass, various musical instruments, and percussion, all set in a single tempo and key. This setup simplifies using the 8-16 loops to construct or expand upon your song ideas. We provide the essential ingredients; you blend them into a completed track.
