Keisari Studios has introduced a new open-source dynamic clipper effect plugin for Windows and Mac.
Leikkaus comes with detailed controls for clipping, including ceiling and ratio, input, output and mix. The plugin also comes with options for gain compensation, oversampling (2x), and delta, which outputs the difference between the input and processed signal.
The plugin is housed in a resizable GUI, which supports and scales up to 4k monitors.
Released as open source (GPLv3), Leikkaus is available to download in VST3 and AU plugin formats for Windows and Mac.
