Martinic has announced the release of an early beta version of Kee Bass for Windows 11 Arm64EC/Snapdragon.
If you’re using an Arm64 device on Windows 11, like a Microsoft Surface with a Snapdragon processor, and you’re running the new REAPER or another Arm64EC-compatible DAW, you now have a native Arm64EC plugin to test.
The Kee Bass plugin is a faithful emulation of one of the first monophonic string bass simulators, the Rheem Kee Bass.
The Martinic Kee Bass AAX/AU/CLAP/VST plugin is based on the original electronic schema and an actual physical Kee Bass. Firstly Martinic modeled the instrument precisely (no sampling at all), then a few modern features were added to make it more versatile and unique, such as an extended range, a filter, and modulation.
The Kee Bass Arm64EC early beta is available to download now: Martinic Kee Bass v1.4.4 beta2 Arm64EC
