McDSP has announced 64-bit versions of its entire Audio Unit (AU) plug-in product line are shipping.
The McDSP 64-bit AU versions are a free update to McDSP v5 customers. Users may also demo the McDSP 64-bit AU plug-ins with v5 Native or v5 HD demo authorizations, available freely via www.mcdsp.com.
The McDSP v5 release adds Audio Unit (AU) support, the 6030 Ultimate Compressor plug-in and the Classic Pack Next Generation plug-in collection to the McDSP product line. McDSP v5 includes support for Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 along with Intel-Mac systems running Mac OS 10.5.x (Leopard), 10.6.x (Snow Leopard), and 10.7.x (Lion). Support for the AAX plug-in format will be added later in 2012 as a free
update.
