Spitfire Audio has partnered with world-famous Abbey Road Studios to present a new Originals series instrument library.

Mrs Mills Piano was professionally recorded in Studio Two, the legendary home of pop and rock ’n’ roll, to duly deliver the distinctive sound of an iconic 1905-vintage Steinway Vertegrand upright, affectionately known throughout the decades by Abbey Road Studios engineers as the ‘Mrs Mills Piano’, paying homage to British pianist Gladys Mills.

A beloved Steinway Vertegrand, expertly recorded at its legendary home: Abbey Road, Studio Two. Full of character and nostalgic charm, with a bright, metallic tone owing to its lacquered hammers.

Famous for its use on countless ’60s pop era records, including The Zombies, Russ Conway and The Beatles, featuring prominently on Penny Lane and With A Little Help From My Friends. Close, Room and Vintage signals. Five presets. Six controls. Available in our easy-to-use, award-winning plug-in. NKS compatible.

Originals Mrs Mills Piano is available for the Spitfire Audio app in VST/VST3, AU and AAX plugin formats, priced 29 EUR/USD/GBP incl. VAT where applicable.
