Native Instruments has announced the release of the latest software version of the iconic groove-box style platform for beat-making and sampling, alongside limited-time hardware discounts.
Maschine 3 software introduces stem separation, MIDI editing upgrades, per-scene tempo adjustments, basic Kontrol S-Series MK3 integration, and a totally new Maschine Central library that comes packed with fresh sounds, rhythms, and presets.
Maschine 3 software works best with Maschine hardware, but also shines as standalone music production software, making it an accessible and affordable entry point for making music with a laptop.
Changes in Maschine 3
- Stem Separation: Split any audio file into drums, bass, vocals, and other instruments. Powered by iZotope’s legendary RX technology for the highest quality.
- Maschine Central: A completely redefined library, with all the sounds to craft heat in any genre. Machine Central includes over 100 kits, 144 Kontakt instruments, and synth presets from Monark, Massive, Prism, and more.
- MIDI Editing tools: A suite of MIDI editing tools to split, join, erase and mute MIDI notes, keyboard shortcuts, audible MIDI note previews, and more.
- Custom tempo upgrades: Set custom tempos per-scene for deep control over track flow and live performance.
- Kontrol S-Series MK3 integration: Basic integration includes transport controls, integrated control over Play Assist, on-keyboard display of Maschine modules, and support for thousands of NKS partner instruments, with more updates on the way.
- Additional software: Get Ozone 11 Elements, an easy-to-use set of mastering tools free with the Maschine 3 bundle, alongside Massive, Monark, and Reaktor Prism.
- Bounce in place: Render sounds, patterns, and ideas as audio, saving CPU power and opening up new creative possibilities.
- More file formats: Maschine can now import MP3, MP4, FLAC, and OGG files.
A bundle of Maschine 3, Maschine Central, and additional software is available to purchase for 99 USD/EUR. Maschine 2 owners can upgrade for 69 USD/EUR. Maschine 3 without Maschine Central or additional software is 29 USD/EUR, and the Maschine Central sound library is available separately for 49 USD/EUR.
Through January 15th, Native Instruments is offering its Maschine hardware at discounted price, with up to $200 USD off on Maschine Mikro, Maschine MK3, and Maschine Plus.
