Nembrini Audio has announced the release of a new high quality guitar amp plugin which faithfully models the timeless Puretone 25W amp, which was built by Hughes & Kettner for tube purists.
An authentic digital recreation of the original guitar amplifier’s distinctive personality, the Hughes & Kettner Puretone Plugin‘s single channel offers a pure stunning sound which evokes anything from crystal-clear clean tones to blues crunch and even rough and ready overdrive.
Every element of the plugin has been created to ensure the guitar signal remains pristine at all times. The GROWL feature allows the tone stack to be cut to deliver an unfiltered and raw guitar sound. The Hughes Kettner Puretone Plugin delivers the same inspiring tone, reliability and feel as the original in the convenience of a plugin.
The new plugin features six carefully chosen cabinet emulations, four premium microphone emulations with selectable positions and a powerful impulse response (IR) loader. The pre-amplifier stomp section features noise gate, filters and overdrive and the post amplifier effects include an equalizer, tape delay and spring reverb.
The plugin is available to purchase for the intro price of $49.99 USD until January 31st, 2025 (regular $139 USD). It comes in VST/VST3, AU and AAX formats for Windows and Mac.
