New Sonic Arts has launched version 1.2 of Freestyle, a VST host plugin for Windows and Mac.
The update includes a new PatchCloud cloud-synced database that offers factory presets for popular VST instruments. It currently includes over 13,000 presets, with more coming soon.
Patchcloud requires an internet connection and User Area account to synchronise with our online database. Presets are downloaded on demand (when selected), but once downloaded they are cached on your computer and can be used without an internet connection.

Changes in Freestyle v1.2

- Fixed: Scrollbars sometimes got ‘stuck’.
- Fixed: Scrollbars did not work properly with very long lists.
Freestyle (VST/AU/Standalone) is available for purchase for 129 EUR. The update is free for current users.
