Overloud has announced the release of a new reverb impulse library designed by Sabino Cannone of MoReVoX that synthesizes real spaces with digital reverb units. The Hybrid Platinum 2 collection includes the free REmatrix player plugin that allows you to load any IR and preset included in the library.
After the success of Hybrid Platinum, Overloud created Hybrid Platinum 2, which adds 250 more IRs and 100 more presets to Hybrid, for a total of 500 IRs and 200 presets between the two libraries. The Hybrid IR process by Overloud emphasizes capturing harmonic distortion, where multiple stages of analog processing were employed to increase harmonic content. The library is created for REmatrix, the first multilayer convolution reverb based on Overloud’s pro-level approach to reverb creation.
REmatrix is the unique multilayer convolver that lets you load the IRs and blend them to create unique reverb flavors. All the REmatrix IR libraries include the REmatrix Player plug-in for free, which offers the same features as the REmatrix Full plugin with a limited set of editing capabilities.
Hybrid Platinum 2 is on sale for the intro price of $49 USD instead of $79 USD until March 10th, 2024. The offer is available at the Overloud store and from PluginFox.
