Producer Loops has released its latest sample collection K.V. Balu: Modern Indian Percussion, bringing you the authentic and unmistakeable sound of Tabla performed by one of the greatest names in Indian percussion, K.V. Balu.
Featuring a range of full loops at a variety of tempos as well as individual drum sections, drones and a bonus modern cinematic mix for each loop kit, this versatile library is perfect for inspiring new ideas or adding a unique flavour to existing productions.
In detail you’ll find 47 percussion Construction Kits spread across three tempo ranges; 90, 120 and 140 BPM. Within each kit is a full mix of all the drums in that loop, plus individual renders for each section as well as both raw (unprocessed) and fully EQ’d and compressed versions for drag-and-drop functionality. Tail files are also included to allow for natural stops and pauses.
Drums used include Tabla, Talking Drums, Kanjira, Salangai, Finger Cymbals and Cabasas, all expertly played by world-renowned Indian percussionist, K.V. Balu. In addition to this, each full mix is supplied in a frequency shifted variant, preserving the natural top end of the loops while adding a deep layer of sub, perfect for Cinematic or Hybrid productions.
To round off this library, 10 hand-crafted drones are included, each with a unique blend of Indian vibe and modern atmospheric sound design, making this perfect for creating hypnotic Tabla jams.
