ProjectSAM has announced the release of Tutti Hits, a Free Orchestra Series instrument library for Native Instruments Kontakt.
Launching a new series of free instruments, Tutti Hits offers a full orchestra, brass, col legno and percussion hits, taken from the Symphobia series of sample libraries.
Remember the Free Trumpets? It marked the beginning of ProjectSAM, almost 18 years ago. About time to re-launch a new free sounds section. Introducing: The Free Orchestra! Every last Thursday of the month, starting today, we’re releasing a new, inspiring sample set, taken directly from our extensive, cinematic catalogue. Free for the composer community to download and use!
We’re kicking off The Free Orchestra series with a light-weight, yet thundering, set of orchestral Tutti Hits. A collection of col legno hits, full orchestra stabs, low brass clusters and horn rips, ready to be used in your very next action, ghost or horror score.
The instrument comes with a dedicated Kontakt interface with basic, yet powerful controls to adjust the envelope, reverb, dynamic filter and other elements (requires Kontakt 5.6.8 or higher, full version). Tutti Hits also comes with a 44.1 kHz/24 bit open sample pool for use of the samples on any platform that can handle wave files.
