Rast Sound has announced the release of a plugin that is designed to help you create unique melodies and build progressions.
Similar to the previously released version for Native Instruments Kontakt, the new Motif plugin is a generative music assistant that uses popular moods/scales and you can also customize the base scale and make everything your own.
It features multiple layers and steps, and a smart probability algorithm that allows for creating new ideas and versions in real-time. Drag and drop to MIDI in your DAW to use the generated melodies with your own sounds.
Motif creates unique, multi part melodies on a scale/mood, builds progressions and allows you power through a complete arrangement with this new plugin version. It is a brilliant generative music assistant, now super-powered with real time idea randomisation and compose mode.
Available in VST3, AU and AAX plugin formats for Windows and Mac, Motif is on sale for the intro price of 69 EUR until September 30th, 2022 (regular 99 EUR).
