Retro Sampling has a nice synth out for creating Moog and 80’s type sounds. Parisma Eighties is created with SynthEdit and is available as freeware.
Parisma Eighties only has two knobs, one to select a waveform and the other for multiplicity. Although it looks limited it still produces a good variety of sounds.
