Rigid Audio has announced that its sample library featuring a selection of cinematic/hybrid drum and percussion kits is now free to download. Stompbox was previously sold for $39 USD.
Stompbox contains 32 expressive cinematic drum, bass and percussion kits, which are ideal for movie trailers or videogame soundtracks. These kits are made of around 850 handcrafted 24-bit WAV files (approx. 500 MB).
Furthermore, Stompbox features five different layers that can be played seperately and/or simultaneously. On top of that you can spice things up with two reverb units, a master filter as well as compression and tape-saturation.
Available for the full version of Kontakt 6.4.2 or higher, Stompbox is now free at the Rigid Audio website.
