Samplephonics has launched Voodooteque, a new sample library featuring 365 melodic loops, foley percussion, experimental sounds, re-amped instruments, steel guitar and distorted drum loops by Paul Rez.
Composer, producer and sound designer Paul Rez (Analogue Witchcraft) returns for another epic sample library packed full of character and attitude. The sample pack takes us an an exploration of looping and sampling, pushing the boundaries of what we have grown to expect in music and blurring the line between music and sound design.
Paul continues with an experimental theme, incorporating weird and wonderful instruments, re-amped sound sources, found sound foley and beautiful melodic artifacts.
The loops and samples have been organised into 7 categories – Animated Subs, Disorderly Foley, Drum Impersonations, Melodic Artifacts, Static! the Music and Syncopated Feedback, and expect to find file names such as ‘Relentless Piggy’, ‘Munchkin Ping Pong’, ‘Night Spider’ and ‘Doggy Hypnosis!’
