SampleScience has released an updated version of its sample-based instrument plugin inspired by the sound of Boards Of Canada, Com Truise, Lone and Tycho.
Version 1.2 of Hexagon Sky includes linear ADSR for each sound layer, increased polyphony, new presets, and more.
The instrument plugin includes 109 preset sounds to choose from including genuine analog synthesizers tones, acoustic instruments sampled from public domain documentaries plus various pads, strings & ethereal atmospheres. Also included are sampled guitar, bell and electric piano sounds.
Changes in Hexagon Sky v1.2
- Linear ADSR for each sound layer.
- Polyphony increased to 16 simultaneous voices (more if you turn off sound layers).
- macOS High Sierra stability issues fixed.
- Field recordings presets added increasing the number of presets to 109.
Hexagon Sky is available for $29.99 USD. The plugin supports Windows and Mac (VST/AU).
