James H Ball has recently introduced an audio plugin designed to simulate realistic analog oscilloscopes.

sosci is a super-realistic software oscilloscope that simulates the look and feel of a real analogue oscilloscope from the 20th century.

Audio upsampling with realistic artifacts.
3 channel brightness (z) input.
Video sharing with Syphon/Spout.
Recording to .mp4.
Presets for real oscilloscopes.

Available as an audio plugin (VST3/AU) and as standalone software for Windows, macOS, and Linux, sosci and osci-render premium is available to purchase from $20 USD.
