Voice of Rapture: The Alto is a solo operatic alto library that captures the exquisite voice of mezzo-soprano Kindra Scharich, offering a wide variety of playable chromatic articulations and melodic elements, from bombastic fortissimo to a gentle pianissimo. Recorded dry with 2 mic types, The Alto delivers superior programming, brilliant performances and outstanding tone.
There are 4 True Legato types: ‘Ah’, ‘Mm’, ‘Oh’ and ‘Oo’, as well as piano and forte sustains and staccatos the major vowel sounds. You’ll also find a at variety of Latin sustains and staccatos, with polyphonic legato, tempo-synching and instant word switching. All chromatic articulations have a playable range of 2+ octaves.
The Phrase collection includes over 1200 fast and slow melodic elements, in 4 main categories: Pure vowel, Latin, French, and Whistling. Each Phrase bank includes tempo-synching, time stretching, key selection and transposition, step sequencing, breath fx and more. We’ve also included a selection of vocal ambiences, drones, atmospheres and pad instruments, creatively designed from Kindra’s own voice.
