Spitfire Audio has launched the second Abbey Road Studios-residing piano to be released in the Originals series of inspiring sample libraries making rare and classic instruments available to all.
Jangle Box Piano creatively captures a Challen ‘studio’ piano featuring brass-tipped felt strips that can be dropped between the hammers and strings to emulate the sound of a ‘tack’ piano.
The result is an instrument of two distinct characters: one mellow and dark; the second, percussive and bright. Close, Room and Vintage signals. Six presets. Six controls.
Jangle Box Piano is available for 29 USD/EUR/GBP. It runs in the dedicated Spitfire Audio plugin (VST/VST3, AU and AAX), which support Native Instruments NKS.
