Splice Sounds has launched the second sample pack in collaboration with emPawa.
Following the recent Killertunes pack, it is now Grammy Award-winning music producer and songwriter Odera “Dëra” Godfrey who delivers a collection of 178 loops and one shots, including drums and percussion, guitar, vocals, and more.
Splice has partnered with Mr Eazi and his organization, emPawa Africa, a talent incubation initiative to nurture and support up-and-coming artists in Africa. Together, with the release of original sample packs, we’re bolstering the careers of three of the most promising Afropop producers today.
Odera “Dëra” Godfrey – known professionally as Dëra – is a Grammy Award-winning music producer and songwriter who’s worked with artists such as Joeboy, Major Lazer, DJ Neptune, and more. This pack embodies Dëra’s perfect combination of Afrobeat percussion and catchy pop melodies that act as the ingredients for a banging hit.
