Made in association with MusicRecycle, the new Explorer series Recycling sample pack raises awareness on environmental issues and the impact of recycling.
The sample pack was created by Dhruv Goel and engineered by Kaushlesh “Garry” Purohit.
The goal of MusicRecycle is to change perceptions and behaviors about recycling; to educate how individuals can make a difference with small changes in their daily lives. Using the power of music to inspire and empower, they’re working to share this message across the globe.
While recording, Dhruv used various metal, plastic, and rubber sources to create an eclectic mix of percussive and tonal sounds. “The concept of recycling exists in the very fabric of creating music; melodies and rhythms stand on the shoulders of what has come before. We hope this pack elevates the value of recycling and the objects that are considered ‘waste’ by making music from them.
