Splice has launched a new Test Press series sound pack SATURATE! present Weird Shapes, a collection of nearly 250 loops and one shots, alongside 20+ presets for the Astra synthesizer and the Beatmaker virtual instrument.
SATURATED! SAMPLES, the birth child of SATURATE! from Germany, which has been around for over ten years, came to life in 2022, rapidly leaving its mark on the sample production beat scene. Inspired by underground bass music, the collection is intentionally Leftfield and includes weird and experimental beats, basses and melodic noises for producers looking for unique sounds.
The sound designers are K A G E and Zain Wolf from SATURATE! They are a new generation of artists from the world’s southern hemisphere and are making a name for themselves as South Africa’s top Leftfield electronic producers. The samples in this pack are not exclusive to Leftfield Bass music and can be used in other genres such as Hip Hop, Grime, Drill, Trap, Drum & Bass, Dubstep, and more.
