Sylvain Stoppani of Blinksonic has introduced 2 new additions to the eclo.re player collection for Native Instruments Reaktor 6.
This concept is around the idea of EPs encapsulated in app/patch more precisely a Reaktor 6 ensemble, with the synchronized input of a visual feedback, and the possibility to remix them in real time with various DSP effects.
After a deep revival trip in my own electronica IDM archive for the first batch – the « player series vol.01 » (released July 24), here the music shade is one of contrast with these two new audio objects which bring out 2 thematics.
- LEMONDANCE: A funky electro pop sound delirium based on vintage synth colors and a cocktail of rumbling bass, all coated with a good helping of acid and second degree.
- FR3SK77: Kind of organic dreamtronica plunderphonic album, a cryptic tale at the crossroad of lullabies for kids and a soundtrack for insect life’s documentaries.
With the release of these new players, the original player has been improved with the addition of functions such as a granular freeze effect that can be launched randomly by an internal modulation, and the possibility of setting 6 “marker” points on the timeline of the song, allowing you to navigate instantly and play parts on the fly.
Streaming is free on the site, and packages containing the original recordings, stems in high quality (WAV & MP3) and the interactive player compatible with Reaktor 6 (.ens) are available for purchase starting from 12 EUR + VAT.
