Toontrack has announced the release of a new expansion of grooves and fills for EZdrummer and Superior Drummer inspired by drum & bass, dubstep, jungle, garage and more.
UK Dance MIDI contains 40 “songs” and more than 350 individually created parts, covering anything from the slow, pulsating and bass drum-throbbing to the energetic, bouncy and all-in wild.
For decades, the UK has been at the very forefront of producing new and innovative acts, playing a defining role in shaping the sound of electronic dance music as we know it. In this MIDI pack, we throw ourselves headfirst into its vast magnetic forcefield of monotonously trance-like, syncopated and offbeat grooves. Expect a collection of raw beat material that touches on all the signifying traits of anything from drum & bass, dubstep, jungle, garage and grime.
This MIDI pack was created primarily for use with our more electronic-centric EZX and SDX expansions and, as such, may render some off-kilter instrument choices and note stacking if played back with a regular set. However, as always with MIDI, you’re in the driver’s seat – slice, dice, mix, match, move and rearrange to come up with your very own renditions.
