Plugin Boutique has launched a sale on the DeeQ plugin by Venomode, a single-band dynamic EQ filter that automatically adjusts the parameters of the EQ based on the incoming envelope or an external sidechain.
The plugin lets you do everything from small adjustments like making room in the mix, to creative wah type effects.
With DeeQ you can not only set the band’s frequency, Q, and gain, but you can also modulate them using the incoming audio or an external sidechain, and set the band to mid/side or stereo mode. This opens up a world of opportunity, such as lowering the bass frequencies when the kick drum plays, making space for vocals to shine through, and reducing the stereo width of a bassline when a mono kick plays.
