VidDancer VST is an effect plugin that allows to use MIDI to control video playback. The plugin can move video forwards or backwards at variable speeds, and jump between chosen cue offsets.
Get creative with video in your DAW… Dance it slow, dance it quick, dance it forward, dance it back. Compose music to your morphed video and save as a complete audio/visual production.
The plugin accepts audio intput (summed with the soundtrack), and the video soundtrack is morphed in sync with the visuals if required. The DAW project audio and visuals are captured through the plugin and can be exported to a video file.
Available for Windows and macOS, VidDancer comes in VST3 and AU plugin formats. It is priced $33 USD ex. VAT where applicable, and a demo version can be downloaded to try VidDancer.
