Yurt Rock has announced the release of its latest sample pack Wally Trax, a new drum and percussion hybrid experience.
WALLY TRAX is the brainchild of legendary drummer, Wally Ingram and his engineers, Sid Greenbaum, Jai Vatuk. It was born out of an immense amount of free time at the beginning of the pandemic, and a desire to create useful Drum and Percussion samples and loops that could be used by music producers of all levels.
Wally is a world-class Musician who has recorded and played live with countless musical acts including Jackson Browne, Sheryl Crow, David Lindley, Bob Weir, Phil Lesh, Stockholm Syndrome and a who’s who list of Jam Band Royalty.
The sample library features hundreds of loops played by Wally as well as hundreds of one-shots of drums, standard and unique percussion instruments with and without fx.
Also released recently is Nashville Drums Vol. 1 featuring Chris Kimmerer (Thomas Rhett, sessions), a collection of loops and samples recorded at Chris’s Nashville recording studios, The Brown Owl. The pack covers a range of modern country, rock, folk, and pop styles.
Treated And Trashed Vol. 2 by acclaimed LA session drummer Blair Sinta combines a unique mixture of drums and a very creative approach to sound design to deliver hundreds of loops and samples that will sound unlike anything else in your sonic toolbox.
The sample packs are available for purchase for $39 USD each. They are also part of the Yurt Rock Subscription for $9.99 USD/month.
