Zplane development has announced a public beta of its upcoming key detection audio plugin. Tonic is designed to help you find the key, scale and compatible chords for samples and audio tracks.
We have set up a beta forum where you can report any issues you find, discuss workflow issues, or make requests for changes or features—all to ensure that TONIC is the best product it can be.
We will be awarding full TONIC licenses to the 10 users with the greatest participation on the forum, so be sure to get involved to improve your chances of winning.
Available in VST3, AU and AAX formats, the plugin operates on mono and stereo. It features reference tuning detection for recordings that deviate from A440, and an offline mode allows you to detect the key before loading audio into samplers.
