About
rekkerd.org is a blog about audio software, hardware and anything to do with producing music on a computer.
You’ll find a lot of information about freeware VST plug-ins (instruments and effects) on rekkerd.org. With an increasingly vast amount of freeware/donationware VST developers out there and the quality of many plug-ins approaching or even topping commercial alternatives, they deserve the attention.
Besides freeware I post about commercial software, samplecds, audio hardware and actually anything that interests me enough.
You can also download free loops/samples, VST(i) plug-ins and presets (patches/sound banks), which are added on a somewhat regular basis.
In case you are looking for space to host your samples, vst related music or plug-in(s) do not hesitate to contact me. We can probably work something out.
If you have suggestions for content or just want to drop me a line you can contact me here. I appreciate your feedback.
Who’s behind this site?

What about me? My name is Ronnie, and I’m the guy running rekkerd.org. I am married to the most wonderful wife in the world, I’m blessed with an amazing son, and my day-time job involves doing all kinds of computer type things, which I will not bore you with. I am a Christian and one of my hobbies is making music on my computer.
If you’d like to hear what type of music I make, you can download some mp3 files here and here.

Why donate?
rekkerd.org is a one-man-show, which means it takes quite a bit of time and effort to manage everything. It could easily be a full-time job, except… it doesn’t exactly pay like one. Not only does the site have a way of consuming a considerable amount of my free time, it actually costs money as well. One of the ways you can encourage me to keep going is to show your appreciation by donating some cash.
You may donate any amount by clicking the PayPal button below (you don’t need a PayPal account to donate).
Thanks for your support!
