SUCKS
Thor, has the potential to be a good synth.I quickly made some presets that sounded great with a drum pattern I was playing.
IMO,Thor would benefit with the inclusion of a velocity control. Having a fixed velocity level is limiting.
Also, having a choice to route the lfo’s to amp and pitch, as compared to just the filter would also be of use.I could have made a nice organ if I was able to modulate the amp and pitch.
Also, there is a tendency to overlook pitchbend and modulation controls on most SynthEdit and SynthMaker plugins.I always go reaching for these controls on my keyboard and keep forgetting the plugs don’t implement these features which goes hand & hand with real synths.
Another thing I noticed with the delays…is that, when you move the mix control,It seems to put a load on the sound.
It gives, a muffled type of sound for some reason.
With improvements,I would definitely use this to death.
BTW:There may be some bugs to report! Pleyades & Thor have both crashed 2 different Daws.I’ll have to test further to confirm!
