Humanoid Sound Systems has updated Scanned Synth Pro and Scanned Synth Mini to version 1.0.9.
- Optimisation for processors that support SSE and SSE2 processors giving a reduction of CPU usage of between 33% and 50%. This feature is only supported by Scanned Synth Pro (not Mini)
- Improved sound, including the elimination of clicks that could be heard in previous versions
The introductory promotional price of 75 Euros has been extended until the end of August after which the price of Scanned Synth Pro will be increased to 90 Euros.

Scanned Synth Pro is awesome! I’ve spent hours just playing with the randomiser and getting all sorts of crazy inspiration. Such a clean sound too… great stuff!

It really does some great soundscape type sounds. Every decent synth should have a good randomiser!
