ELPHNT has launched LM-1, a drum machine instrument for Ableton Live, made with samples provided by Alex Ball.
LM-1 is a (semi-)faithful recreation of the classic Linn LM-1 drum machine used by artists such as Prince, Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder and many more.
The Ableton Drum Rack takes it one step further by presenting you with simple to use Macro controls to transform the sound well beyond the possibilities of the original hardware.
LM-1 features
- The LM-1 Ableton Drum Rack (LM-1.adg).
- 12 Single Hit LM-1 Drums (.adg files).
- 96 LM-1 samples in .wav format (24bit, 44.1kHz).
- 16 Oberheim DX samples in .wav format (24bit, 44.1kHz).
LM-1 is a “Pay-What-You-Want” (including free) download for Ableton Live 9.7 or higher. It is also available as part of the DRUMS, FREE and EVRYTHNG bundles.
The LM-1 samples are also available as a separate download for use in other DAWs.
