Splice Sounds has welcomed Komorebi Audio with the release of 5 sample packs for Trap, Chill, Ambient, Wave, Leftfield, Downtempo, Future Bass, and more.
Founded and run by London wave and trap producer Skit, Komorebi Audio is a forward-thinking sound design company offering industry standard samples and presets with a heavy focus on emerging and experimental sounds.
The following packs are now available:
- Glitched Foley and Ambient Textures: Warm and celestial samples by wave producer and Komorebi Audio head honcho Skit. Includes rich ambient pads, detuned and emo style guitars, complex and layered foley style drums, captivating lead melodies and a mixture of synthesised and fretless bass sounds.
- Emo Wave and Organic Trap: Emotive and Organic samples featuring intricate and polished xylophone/marimba loops, heavy and high definition trap drums, moody and experimental basslines and 808s, soaring arp loops and other worldly organic pads.
- Ethereal Trap and Future Wave: Breathtaking and hard hitting samples by wave/trap producer Kavern, covering covering detuned analogue arps, moody and tearing basslines, hard knocking drums, lush organic pads and inspiring synths.
- Heavy Glitch and Ambient Tones: Guilt Chip draws influence from the heavenly pads of Boards of Canada and William Basinski, distorted to oblivion basses inspired by Yeezus, Tsuruda, Holly and Bleep Bloop, sombre piano loops inspired by Nine Inch Nails and Wave influenced arp loops. The drums in this pack are glitched to perfection and inspired by artists such as Richard Devine, Aphex Twin, Culprate and Reso.
- Wave Essentials and Chill Trap Serum Presets: Detuned and evolving pads, moody and tearing reese basses, organic inspired synth plucks and wavey synth presets. Inspired by the sounds of Wavemob, MssingNo, Dark0, Metro Boomin, Whispa, Shlohmo, Murlo, Slight, Blank Body, Sesh and Drip-133.
