Decomposer has announced the release of a major update to the desktop version of its popular Sitala drum sampler plugin.
It’s got 16 pads, automatic beat slicing, and a surprising amount of depth in its 6 controls for tweaking the sounds. It’s particularly popular with Reaper users, and takes advantage of Reaper’s plugin extensions for labeled note names and automatic multi-out routing.
Version 2.0 adds support for Apple Silicon, a 4-by-4 MPC-style layout, 2 new factory kits (Retro and Classic Hip Hop), dark mode, instant missing sample finder, VST3 support, preview sounds in the sample browser, gated mode, MIDI pad selection and copy and paste of pads.
While the previous version is still free to download, Sitala 2.0 for Windows and macOS (VST/VST3, AU and AAX) is priced $20 USD.
You can get a $5 USD discount on a purchase with promo code REKKERD at the checkout for the next few days.
What’s more, we’re also giving away a free license to one lucky Rekkerd reader. For a chance to win leave a comment below before this Friday, June 23rd, 2023, 11.59pm CET. Good luck!
