Shoulda Woulda Coulda has released Polychord, a new music app for the Apple iPad.
Polychord is drums, bass, chords, and accompaniment all wrapped into one. Simply press one of the chord circles and your on your way to writing a song. Drums and bass follow the chords automatically, but the coolest part is probably the strum keys on the right: simply swipe your finger over the yellow keys to strum a chord.
Whether you’re an absolute beginner or an experienced musician, you’ll love polychord. Write songs or play along to your favorite tunes. You can use up to 10 fingers at once on the polychord to create chord progressions, melodies and harmonies, and there are lots of beats to choose from. When you’re feeling retro, turn on bitshift to give polychord that 8bit sound.
