Novation has released version 1.18 of Launchpad for iOS, an app that lets you create music instantly by combining beats, basslines, melodies, vocals and FX loops.
Over the last two years, Launchpad for iOS has provided millions of users with a self contained remixing suite, allowing immediate performances using a continually updated array of content, including a collaboration with Ninja Tune releasing ground–breaking tracks in the form of Launchpad Soundpacks.
Now, Launchpad for iOS opens the doors to sync with other music making tools, with MIDI Sync Output. This new in-app purchase allows Launchpad to send MIDI Sync signals to other music making tools whilst keeping in time. It also allows users to connect external hardware, such as Novation Circuit to jam in sync, unlocking endless possibilities.

- Sync MIDI-compatible apps and hardware to Launchpad (iPad only, In-App Purchase).
- Support for AudioCopy Multi-Paste when importing audio files (iPad only).
- Minor bugfixes.
