Loopmasters has released Defected – Transistor Renaissance 8×8 Edition, a sample pack by house musician Rogue D.

The pack contains all the DJ tools you will need to form the foundations of forward thinking house music – influenced, like Rogue D is, by techno, old school garage and deep house.
Choose from 806 MB of high quality samples including drums, kicks, hat and snare loops, made by Rogue D with an original Roland TR 808, Roland TR-8 plus a moog guitar pedal to give drive. The pack has over 400 loops, all recorded with an 808 at 24bit 44.1kHz, including three different kinds of drumlines: dry, tape and tube processed. It features 14x Drum EFX Loops, 335x Drum Loops, 30x Hat Loops, 45x Kick Loops and 30x Snare Loops.
